Plans include full size templates and a excellent instruction book. You will need to purchase the building materials separately. There are several sizes available. Click for a size guide.

There are two types of plans for the Merganser.

Stitch and Glue Plans utilize plywood panels for both the hull and the deck. This is a simpler construction technique. Estimated build time is 60 - 100 hours.

Cost: $95.00

Plans for the Bluefin are available as an 18' x 21" or 16' x 21"

Bluefin Kits

Complete kits include precision cut and drilled Okoume plywood panels, plywood bulkheads, copper wire for stitching, fiberglass tape and cloth, Epoxy with calibrated pumps, fillers and thickeners, Squeegees, rollers, foam for seats, wooden footbraces, deck line and deck fittings , cockpit and hatch combing material.
