Knob closed hatch hardware kit $25.00 per hatch:
When building my kayaks, I have been using this closing system to make watertight flush hatches. The hatches are quite waterproof, keeping all water out of the storage compartments during rough weather and while Eskimo rolling. The knob has a screw which pulls the hatch cover against a foam gasket. Kit comes complete with instructions and all the materials necessary for making the hardware. Knobs available in ash or mahogany.
